Job summary

Framework is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Royalty Administrator to maintain contract data, drive quarterly reporting, and ensure accurate royalty distributions. This fully remote role aligns with US East Coast hours and requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage contract terms in rights systems, oversee payments, troubleshoot issues, and use Jira to track tasks. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in IP/media/publishing are expected; rights software

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IP, media, or publishing
• Proficient with royalty/rights software (RightsLine required)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Enter and maintain royalty contract and payment terms in rights and royalty systems.
• Reporting & Payments: Oversee quarterly reporting, payment calculations, and statement distributions to meet tight deadlines.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve processing or reporting errors efficiently.
• Workflow & Tracking: Use cross-functional ticketing systems (like Jira) to track, manage, and complete tasks on time.
• Vendor Setup: Facilitate vendor setup across accounting and royalty platforms.
• Stakeholder Support: Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external royalty/payment inquiries.
