Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of ROW/real estate experience required.
• Strong knowledge of right-of-way laws, contracts, and title research.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate, and acquire ROWs and land leases for projects.
• Verify land ownership interests by reviewing drawings and records.
• Manage title transfers, deeds, and easement interpretations with stakeholders.
• Prepare legal forms for land acquisitions and document negotiations.
• Produce daily activity and negotiation reports for easements and settlements.
• Coordinate with engineers, landowners, and tenants to resolve access issues.
