Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is hiring a Field Service Representative to service a regional customer base from a remote home-office setup in the United States. You will manage warranty inspections, on-site training, product support, and technical claims while building relationships and producing clear reports.

The role requires 3+ years in construction or roofing, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma and 3 years of construction or commercial roofing related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree; prior roofing or construction exposure.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to CCM Health and Safety policies.
• Schedule and complete final inspections for warranty issuance for Authorized Applicators.
• Provide on-site technical assistance during installations of warranted projects.
• Educate and promote proper CCM installation practices.
• Serve as day-to-day technical expert in the territory for customers.
• Conduct warranty claim and product investigations when required.
• Deliver training presentations with hands-on demonstrations to ensure quality installations.
• Develop strong internal and external working relationships.
• Produce detailed written reports and letters for distribution.
