Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely access steep-slope roofs and perform inspections.
• Ability to travel up to 75% annually across US/Canada.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections, post-job walks, and technical evaluations supporting warranty programs.
• Evaluate roofing installation quality, workmanship, ventilation, and site conditions.
• Document findings accurately in company-standard records.
• Provide contractor training and field-based educational activities.
• Support escalated claims investigations under technical leadership.
• Interact professionally with contractors, homeowners, customers, and internal teams.
• Gather field feedback and insights to improve products and processes.
