Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Roof & Wall Estimator to generate computer take-offs and detailed material lists for pricing publicly bid projects. You will work to ensure estimates meet high standards for lead-time and output efficiency.

Ideal candidates have strong math, read blueprints, and excel with estimating takeoff tools plus Excel. A high school diploma is required; CAD knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Proficiency with in-house estimating apps and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from drawings, specs, and addenda.
• Identify exclusions and missing info to clarify scope.
• Handle adds/deducts for special pricing needs.
• Ensure use of current pricing information.
• Maintain vendor/customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
