Qualifications

• Hands-on robotics and mechatronics experience in hardware/software contexts.
• Experience applying AI agents to engineering problems and documenting workflows.
• Proven ability to generate and execute multi-step code sequences with Codex and Claude tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve practical robotics and mechatronics problems using AI coding agents.
• Design, implement, test, and document solutions in robotics/mechatronics systems.
• Demonstrate applying AI agents to complex engineering problems and workflows.
• Use AI agents for navigating large codebases, debugging, developing features, and optimizing workflows.
• Document agent-driven workflows with context, decisions, prompts, code sequences, iterations, and outcomes.
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for technical correctness, reliability, and maintainability.
• Provide written and verbal feedback on AI agent performance and limitations.
• Contribute real-world examples of end-to-end feature development and system design.
• Collaborate remotely with stakeholders to accelerate robotics and mechatronics development.
