Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong interest in robotics, autonomous systems, AI, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, operate, and maintain robotic systems at customer sites.
• Conduct field testing, system validation, data collection, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor robotic systems during remote operations and assist with troubleshooting.
• Support customer demonstrations, technical presentations, product evaluations, and field trials.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, sensors, connectivity, and system integration issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify problems and improve performance.
• Communicate technical requirements and solutions to customers and internal teams.
• Document test results, troubleshooting activities, and configurations.
• Assist with integration, deployment planning, and operational readiness.
• Travel nationwide to support customer engagements and deployments.
