Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new robotic system sites to promote safety and effective progression.
• Collaborate with global Clinical Applications Engineering and Endoluminal Sales to support new users through their early learning curve.
• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and clinical staff on system use.
• Identify concerns for adoption and work with training partners to address them.
• Maintain communication with global ACE teams and development partners.
• Share best practices and product feedback with peers and engineers.
• Stay current on IFU, best practices, and relevant literature for clinical use.
• Prioritize requests in a high-stress environment and manage travel logistics.
