Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Robot Application Developer to design, develop, and integrate software for autonomous robotic systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C++, Python, ROS/ROS 2, perception, motion planning, and robotics software development.

You will work on sensor pipelines, perception, localization, SLAM, and control algorithms, using Gazebo or Isaac Sim, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers in a dynamic

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, CS, EE.
5+ years of robotics software development experience.
Strong C++ and Python programming skills.
Hands-on ROS/ROS 2 experience.
Experience with perception, localization, motion planning, or robotic control.
Familiarity with sensor fusion and simulation environments.
Strong debugging, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop robotics applications using C++ and Python.
Design and integrate sensor pipelines (LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, and other sensors).
Implement perception, localization, SLAM, motion planning, and control algorithms.
Develop ROS/ROS 2 applications and integrate with hardware.
Build and test robotics solutions using Gazebo or Isaac Sim.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support field testing, and mentor junior engineers.
