Job summary

CareXM is expanding our team with a remote Registered Nurse (RN) for an early morning clinical triage shift. This part-time/full-time hybrid role focuses on urgent patient and caregiver inquiries, providing calm clinical guidance while home health and hospice partners need it most.

You will work from home using your nursing background to conduct assessments, with a brief skills assessment for selected candidates. Training is provided and paid.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in a compact state.
• 4+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and telecommunications equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Background check and drug test required.
• At least 400 work hours in the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast access to after-hours RN triage care for hospice/home health partners.
• Communicate with empathy in difficult situations.
• Assess patient needs and give care instructions.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team.
• Document patient care in the EHR.
