Sedgwick in Baltimore is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager to coordinate medical recovery and return-to-work plans through advocacy, communication, and clinical assessment via telephone.

The role requires an RN license, BSN preferred, and case management certification is highly valued. This is a hybrid position with onsite attendance at our Baltimore office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and remote work on other days, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in a U.S. state required.
• BSN degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Case management certification highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs initial and ongoing clinical assessment via telephone to evaluate injury and needs.
• Communicates with claims examiner, client, injured worker, attorney and supervisor.
• Identifies delays in recovery or return to work and problem-solves creatively.
• Negotiates treatment and disability duration with providers per guidelines.
