Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• Compact license required.
• 1.5 years of workers' compensation case management experience.
• BSN (preferred) or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing clinical assessment via telephone to evaluate injury, treatment, and psychosocial needs.
• Communicates effectively with examiner, client, injured worker, attorney, and supervisor.
• Identifies delays in recovery and return-to-work factors; problem-solves for timely outcomes.
• Negotiates treatment and disability duration with providers following guidelines.
• Advocates for efficient medical care and cost containment while maintaining privacy and ethics.
