Responsibilities

• Communicate with claims examiner, client, injured worker and attorney.
• Identify delays and solve problems to support return-to-work.
• Negotiate treatment and disability duration with providers.
• Advocate for timely, cost-conscious medical care.
• Maintain privacy and adhere to regulatory standards.
