Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a RN Field Case Manager to work in a remote, home-based role across the United States. You will collaborate with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive treatment, and timely return-to-work, with travel as required.

Ideal candidates are RNs with prior workers' compensation case management experience, able to coordinate complex medical plans, and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to support, guide and coordinate care for injured workers and families.
• Assist injured workers in achieving recovery and autonomy through advocacy, communication, education, and resource identification.
• Identify providers and facilities ensuring timely, cost-effective care to maximize value for client and payer.
