Carenet Health seeks registered nurses to join our telehealth and virtual care team in a fully remote role. You’ll perform triage, health education, and care guidance for diverse populations via phone, video, and chat.

Responsibilities include clinical decision-making, documentation, and coordination with clients across multiple health plans. This fast-paced, home-based role keeps clinical skills sharp while delivering meaningful patient interactions.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Multi-State (compact) RN license in listed states or able to obtain licensure in additional states.

Mansioni

• Provide patient-focused care and guidance via phone or online, assessing needs and directing to appropriate care.
• Communicate with clients and team members, verbally and digitally.
• Document all patient interactions in management software.
