Job summary

EMD Serono is seeking a RN, Patient Support Specialist - West Coast. You will provide clinical education, product training, and ongoing support to patients and caregivers. The role blends nursing expertise with AI-enabled insights to enhance patient outcomes while following regulatory guidelines.

This remote position may involve up to 10% travel and operates primarily on West Coast hours (8:30 AM–5 PM PST). Minimum qualifications include an active RN license and 5+ years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience with patient support programs or healthcare contact centers is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and adherence support for prescribed products.
• Manage cases, calls, and emails related to clinical care.
• Use data and AI-enabled tools to personalize patient engagement.
• Escalate adverse events and safety concerns per procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and cross-functional teams.
