Job summary

Cecelia Health is seeking a licensed RN to provide virtual clinical oversight and biometric monitoring for patients with chronic conditions. The role is part-time (at least 20 hours per week) and conducted remotely as an independent contractor (1099).

Ideal candidates will have strong EHR experience, comfort with in-app chat, and the ability to support diverse patient populations from a home office in the United States.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week
• Monday–Friday 8 AM–8 PM; Saturdays optional (9–4)
• Strong experience with EHR and in-app chat
• Ability to tailor communication for diverse populations
• Home office with high-speed internet
• No full-time employment elsewhere
• Must reside in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide digital clinical oversight and biometric monitoring via chat and in-app messaging
• Triage, handle, and escalate member digital communications within 24 business hours
• Conduct proactive and reactive chat engagement
• Collaborate with care team incl. dietitians, nurses, physicians, and coordinators
• Document medical records and report adverse events as warranted
• Provide remote patient monitoring for devices with clinician escalation
