Job summary

EMD Serono, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN for the West Coast to join the Patient Support Hub.

The role provides individualized clinical education, product training, and ongoing support to patients and caregivers during treatment. The RN, Patient Support Specialist works within clinical protocols, complies with HIPAA, collaborates with healthcare providers and cross-functional teams, and may travel up to 10% for in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 5+ years of nursing experience.
• Experience in patient education and clinical education.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and patient support to patients and caregivers.
• Own and manage cases, calls, and emails related to clinical cases.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to tailor patient engagement and education.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and cross-functional teams.
