Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking an experienced RN to join our Coding Review team as a Clinical Data Coordinator/OASIS Review. You will review OASIS assessments, support ICD-10 coding, and promote documentation excellence across the organization.

This remote, per diem role requires NJ residency and an active NJ RN license. OASIS certification and coding credentials are preferred as you ensure Medicare and Medicaid compliance while collaborating with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Current NJ RN license required.
• OASIS knowledge and coding experience preferred.
• Compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations expected.

Responsibilities

• Review OASIS assessments for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure documentation aligns with Plan of Care and meds.
• Submit OASIS data and resolve rejections or discrepancies.
• Identify trends and report findings to leadership.
• Provide ICD-10 coding support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to support outcomes.
• Review clinical documentation and suggest corrective actions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
