Prenuvo is seeking a Registered Nurse Navigator to provide high-touch patient support across imaging services. This fully remote role requires strong communication, clinical assessment, and the ability to work autonomously in flex hours.

You’ll triage calls, guide patients, document interactions, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team across multiple states. The position emphasizes safety, patient education, and efficient care coordination, with a base salary of $80,000–$95,000

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in a compact state.
• Time zone availability for full-time flex hours (ET/PT).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (ambulatory care, radiology, oncology, or concierge settings).
• Minimum 2 years of remote nursing experience.
• Certifications in radiology- and/or oncology-nursing.
• Strong patient communication, education, and relationship-building online.
• Experience collaborating across healthcare or digital health teams.
• Comfort with startup pace, ambiguity, and iterative work.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; proficient with clinical software.

Aufgaben

• Inbound Call Triage and Patient Navigation with real-time chart review.
• Counsel patients on what to expect and how to prepare.
• Provide counseling on patient-specific concerns with clarity and empathy.
• Complete medication requests per standing order protocol.
• Screen patients for add-on services safety and appropriateness.
• Follow up to promote comprehensive care coordination before, during, and after journeys.
• Collaborate with nursing and non-clinical teams to ensure closed-loop care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure privacy compliance.
• Coordinate with medical group for seamless patient care.
