Job summary

Prenuvo seeks a remote Nurse Practitioner to review imaging and lab results with patients by phone and video, explain findings, and determine the next steps. You will join our NP team in scheduled consult blocks, maintaining clinical and documentation standards.

This is a 3-month contract reporting to the Nurse Practitioner Manager, with potential extension based on business needs. Licensure in assigned states is required, and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license across 10 states; national board certification (FNP/AGNP/ANP).
• 2+ years of NP clinical practice.
• Ability to explain complex clinical findings clearly to patients.
• Comfort delivering care by phone and video.
• Strong documentation in an electronic health record (HealthCloud).
• Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct results review consultations by phone and video, explaining imaging and lab findings.
• Prepare for each consult by reviewing reports, intake, history, and prior scans.
• Identify care gaps and recommend next steps and follow-up actions.
• Escalate urgent findings to Radiology and Preventive Medicine physicians.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and RN navigators on follow-up and referrals.
• Document every encounter to clinical standards in HealthCloud.
