Twin Health is seeking an RN leader to manage clinical stewardship operations remotely for US clients. You will own end-to-end stewardship program deployments, translating client goals into clinically sound programs while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes problem solving, data-driven insights, and strong communication. A high-growth environment requires organization, cross-functional leadership, and client-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) required; BSN preferred.
• 5+ years of combined clinical and non-clinical experience, including onboarding, program management and client-facing work.
• Experience in a health plan, PBM, health system, digital health or care management setting.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with key stakeholders, executives and clinical leaders across large enterprise clients.
• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for stewardship within Client Operations & Partnerships.
• Develop understanding of Twin Health programs, stewardship program mechanics, onboarding processes and clinical operations.
