Job summary

GlobalHealth is seeking an experienced RN leader to develop and oversee the Care Management team responsible for SNP and high-risk members. You will plan, implement, and evaluate programs to improve outcomes while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Remote-ready in the US with occasional travel; you will mentor staff, analyze data to improve processes, and collaborate with the Director, Health Services to address performance and policy issues.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma is required.
• Multi-state RN license preferred.
• Experience in managed care/utilization management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Selects, orients, and develops appropriate qualified staff for the Care Management Department.
• Maintains and monitors departmental processes to promote outreach and management of identified members.
• Evaluates reports to identify outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Analyzes outcomes and uses data to improve program efficiency.
• Identifies training needs and facilitates education and training.
• Communicates with staff through regular meetings and coordinates with the Director.
