Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Registered Nurse and Manager, Clinical Stewardship Operations. You will own end-to-end stewardship programs, translating client goals into clinically sound operations, and coordinating internal and external teams.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, client-focused clinicians who thrive in ambiguity and cross-functional settings, delivering superior outcomes for clients and members.

Qualifications

• RN licensed; BSN preferred.
• 5+ years of combined clinical and non-clinical experience (onboarding, program management, client-facing).
• Experience in health plan, PBM, health system, or digital health setting.
• Ability to communicate across client orgs with executives and execution teams.
• Exceptional project management, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise clients.
• Serve as clinical SME for stewardship within Client Operations & Partnerships.
• Oversee stewardship implementations end-to-end across client portfolio.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client priorities and goals; design tailored solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Provide insights post-launch to improve results and client satisfaction.
