Job summary

Twin Health is hiring a Registered Nurse Team Lead in the US to guide daily operations and clinical care for a US-based team. You will lead performance, coordinate with other care team members, and help implement new technologies to improve member outcomes.

This role requires an active RN license, 5+ years of patient care with 3+ in leadership, a BSN, and comfort with data and multiple care platforms. The compensation ranges from $90,000 to $112,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care; at least 3 in leadership.
• BSN from an accredited school.
• Comfort with adopting latest technologies and data in patient care.
• Ability to manage large caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with multiple electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of direct reports with limited clinical duties.
• Resolve clinical and administrative issues; ensure safety and standardization.
• Meet service goals and monitor team performance and SLAs.
• Develop nursing policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of US-based team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads and act as SME.
• Collect data and feedback to inform decisions.
• Promote member self-care using clinical judgment and data.
• Monitor health trends and medication management.
