Job summary

Prolific is seeking registered nurses to join its Domain Expert pool to train and evaluate AI models. You will take a quick skills test and, if successful, be invited to join Prolific as a Domain Expert participant, earning payments for AI tasks.

Researchers pay up to $65/hr for AI tasks that may require an hour of uninterrupted work, with many tasks shorter. You can work from home with flexible hours on a self-employed basis.

Qualifications

• Must be a verified registered nurse with a current license/registration in good standing.
• Recent clinical experience and comfort evaluating clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
• PayPal account to receive payments from clients.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn.
