Prolific is recruiting Registered Nurses to train and evaluate AI models. You will be invited to join as a Domain Expert participant and paid to complete AI tasks. Tasks may require one hour of uninterrupted work, with pay up to $65 per hour.

Applicants should have verified nursing licensure, recent clinical practice, and a readiness to complete a short eligibility screener to join our expert pool. A reliable internet connection and a PayPal account are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a verified, registered nurse with current license/registration in good standing.
• Recent clinical experience and ability to evaluate clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join the expert pool.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn from errors.
