Job summary

Prolific, a platform connecting researchers with a global pool of participants, seeks Registered Nurses to help train and evaluate AI models. You will be paid to perform AI tasks that require clinical judgment and careful attention to detail, often from home, with flexible hours and competitive rates.

After a quick skills test, you may join as a Domain Expert participant. Expect to evaluate AI-generated clinical scenarios and provide high-quality feedback and improved exemplars to support model

Qualifications

• Verified status as a registered nurse with current license/registration.
• Recent clinical experience and comfort evaluating clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a skills/eligibility screener to join Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are self-employed).
• A PayPal account to receive payments from clients.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
