Job summary

Prolific Academic Ltd. is seeking Registered Nurses to help train and evaluate AI models. You’ll be invited to join Prolific as a Domain Expert participant and get paid to perform AI tasks from home. A quick skills/eligibility screener is required, and researchers may pay up to $65/hr per task upon successful assessment.

Successful candidates will have a valid nursing license, recent clinical experience, and a reliable internet connection. PayPal is required to receive payments from clients.

Qualifications

• Must be a verified registered nurse with current license/registration in good standing.
• Recent clinical experience and comfort evaluating clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join our Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, appropriateness, safety and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or feedback to help models improve.
