Job summary

WellMed, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Clinical Team Manager (RN) to oversee education and supervision across clinical disciplines in home health. You will mentor nursing staff, coordinate training initiatives, and drive competency development to ensure evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include designing educational programs, maintaining SOPs, and presenting to leaders. Travel to markets is required to support staffing and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (unrestricted) and current BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years RN clinical experience in acute care/home health.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating education programs.
• Ability to manage projects, timelines, and training deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing education programs across locations.
• Promote standardized nursing practices and continuous learning.
• Mentor nurses and staff, supporting professional development.
• Coordinate educational materials, SOPs, and competency resources.
• Plan and manage meetings, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
