Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and an active nursing license where required.
• 2–4 years in training/leadership roles with delivery, coaching, or program coordination.
• Clinical operations exposure (UM, CM, Appeals, nurse triage) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive training governance, execution, and continuous improvement of programs.
• Coordinate training delivery, learner/trainer follow-through, and readiness indicators.
• Prepare stakeholder updates, risk summaries, and action plans; escalate issues as needed.
• Coach trainers, support facilitation readiness, and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
• Coordinate refresher sessions, coaching based on quality findings, and learner support to ensure readiness.
