Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active license preferred or required.
• Experience spanning training delivery, facilitation, coaching, or program coordination.
• Healthcare operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs and ensure execution aligns with standards.
• Monitor learner readiness, track performance, and escalate risks.
• Prepare updates and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Coach trainers, support delivery readiness, and reinforce standards.
• Coordinate refresher sessions and knowledge management initiatives.
