Job summary

Women’s Care PC is seeking Clinical Support RNs to remotely triage and respond to patient portal messages, coordinating care with providers within our EMR. These full-time roles require Oregon residency and involve 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates are RNs licensed in Oregon with at least one year of hands-on patient care experience and strong communication skills to educate patients and document care in the EMR effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with an Oregon license.
• At least one year of patient care experience.
• Remote position requiring Oregon residency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient portal message queues and clinical inboxes.
• Review patient questions, concerns, medication requests, and symptom reports submitted electronically.
• Assess patient needs using clinical judgment and established protocols.
• Prioritize messages based on urgency and route appropriately.
• Draft responses, provide patient education, and communicate provider recommendations through the EMR.
• Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, testing, and medication refill requests.
• Review incoming results and assist with patient communication as directed.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to ensure timely patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the EMR.
