Job summary

Trusted Ally Home Care is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator (Remote) to support the clinical and operational infrastructure for high-quality patient care. The role oversees clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, training, EMR administration, and billing integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; home health, home care, or community-based healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with home health clinical documentation, QA, chart auditing, or regulatory compliance strongly preferred.
• Intake and Authorization experience preferred, including authorization management, referral/intake workflows, and ensuring authorization accuracy within the EMR.
• Working knowledge of Plans of Care, physician orders, start-of-care documentation, supervisory requirements, discharges, and other home health clinical documentation standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Chart Integrity Oversight for agency-wide document management, QA, and chart integrity.
• Regulatory Compliance & Survey Readiness to ensure adherence to federal/state/regulatory requirements.
• Clinical Training and Corrective Action Plans to address deficiencies and improve documentation accuracy.
• Administrative management of the EMR system including census, physician info, discharges, and start-of-care processes.
• Oversight and management of billing integrity to ensure accurate claim submission and proper authorization.
