Ford's Hometown Services is seeking a Chart Desktop Management Registered Nurse for a remote, full-time clinical support role. You will own and manage AthenaOne provider staff buckets and desktop work across designated providers and care teams.

The RN prioritizes urgent items, documents patient communications, and collaborates with the Nurse Manager and on-site teams to maintain clinic flow and ensure timely follow-up. HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license valid in the State of New Hampshire.
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience using an electronic health record system.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong nursing documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage AthenaOne provider staff buckets during scheduled work hours.
• Continuously monitor work queues and prioritize items by clinical urgency.
• Communicate provider-directed results, patient communications, and other items to patients per policy.
• Escalate urgent or emergent concerns per protocols and provider direction.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and on-site clinical teams to refine workflows.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and remote-work security.
