Job summary

Crawco in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an RN Case Manager to coordinate medical case management services for insured individuals. You\'ll work from home with local field travel, delivering care in line with URAC and CMSA standards while supporting workers’ compensation, health and disability programs.

The role offers quarterly bonus opportunities, free CEUs, and license/certification reimbursement as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

• Provide effective case management services in a cost-effective manner, delivering medical case management consistent with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
