Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking an RN Case Manager for the Grand Rapids, MI region. This remote role requires local field travel to patient sites and workplaces, with an emphasis on effective case management for workers' compensation and health benefits.

Ideal candidates have an RN license, ADN or BSN preferred, and 1–3 years of clinical case management experience. National certifications are encouraged; travel could be up to ~70%.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with your state Board of Nursing.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• 1–3 years of diverse clinical experience in case management or workers' comp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective medical case management aligned with URAC and CMSA standards.
• Support patients/employees across Workers' Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Lead RTW (return‑to‑work) plans with physicians, employers, and patients.
