Job summary

Crawford & Company in Stockton, CA is hiring an RN Case Manager to provide medical case management for workers' compensation and health plans. This role is remote with local field travel and requires an RN license and relevant certifications.

You will support return-to-work strategies, coordinate with providers and employers, and ensure QA standards. Expect 70% travel, bonus opportunities, and reimbursement for certifications.

Qualifications

• RN license and state licensure required.
• Minimum 1-3 years diverse clinical experience.
• Certification as a case manager from URAC-approved list preferred; National Certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, COHN) preferred; plan to take exam within 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Reviews case records and reports, collects and analyzes data to support RTW solutions.
• Maintains contact with claims adjusters and employers to coordinate case activity.
• Meets monthly production and QA requirements to ensure quality case management.
• May perform site evaluations to facilitate case management processes.
• Coordinates RTW with injured worker, employer and physicians.

Education

Associate's degree or relevant course work/certification in Nursing

BSN Degree preferred
