Crawford & Company seeks an experienced registered nurse to join our case management team in California. You will deliver medical case management in line with URAC standards, CMSA Practice Guidelines, and Broadspire QA, supporting Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.

Candidates must reside in Oxnard, Westlake Village, or Simi Valley, CA, and be willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or nursing certification required; BSN degree preferred.
• 1-3 years diverse clinical experience.
• URAC certification preferred; state licensure compliance.
• Excellent communication and documentation to facilitate RTW solutions.

Responsabilités

• Review case records, analyze data, assess medical status, and support RTW goals.
• Provide opinions on costs, treatment plans, and referrals to facilitate case management.
• Meet QA and productivity standards with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate RTW with injured worker, employer, and physicians.
• Maintain contact with claims adjusters to apprise them of case activity.
