Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to oversee medical claims in a remote, Workers’ Compensation environment. You will monitor, analyze, and coordinate cost-effective medical care to promote a timely return-to-work when medically indicated.

The role requires a Florida RN license, at least three years of clinical experience, and three-plus years in workers’ compensation. Strong communication and independence with case-management software are essential.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license is required.
• RN with at least three years clinical experience.
• Three+ years of workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Case-management experience in WC settings is desirable.
• Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
• Proficient with basic PC and claims software.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case-management in a Workers’ Compensation environment.
• Ensure medical appropriateness and cost savings through coordination.
• Facilitate communication among employee, employer, insurer, and providers.
• Develop and adjust care plans to support timely return-to-work.
• Document assessments, plans, and outcomes in the system.
• Monitor provider performance and ensure patient privacy per laws.
