Qualifications

• 5+ years’ RN experience with at least 1 year in a hospital setting.
• Active multi-state RN license via NLC or state-specific license for each state supported.
• 1+ years’ experience with electronic documentation.
• 1+ years’ Oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic case management with patients and care teams.
• Assess benefits and member needs per criteria and guidelines.
• Apply clinical judgment to reduce risk factors and barriers in care plans.
• Collaborate with supervisors and case conferences for multidisciplinary care.
• Use holistic approach with clinical colleagues to overcome barriers.
• Conduct medical necessity reviews.
