The position requires 5+ years as a Registered Nurse, an active multistate license (NLC) or state licenses, and experience with oncology. Fully remote, 40 hours per week, full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 5+ years of experience, hospital setting preferred.
• Nurse must hold active multistate license via NLC or state-specific license where applicable.
• Experience documenting electronically (keyboard) and oncology exposure.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as telephonic case manager for fully and/or self-insured clients.
• Apply clinical guidelines and policies to assess benefits and needs.
• Collaborate with care team to address barriers and plan care.
• Conduct medical necessity reviews and engage members to improve outcomes.
