Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a remote RN Case Manager to provide telephonic case management for members nationwide. You will assess needs, apply guidelines, and coordinate care with providers and teams to ensure appropriate benefits and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of RN experience (1+ in oncology), compact-state licensure or multiple-state licenses, and strong electronic documentation skills. Full-time with comprehensive benefits and 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse, including at least 1 year in a hospital setting.
• RN must hold active multistate license via Nurse Licensure Compact or individual state licenses as applicable.
• 1+ years' experience documenting electronically using a keyboard.
• 1+ years' experience in Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic case management with patients and care teams for fully and/or self-insured clients.
• Apply clinical guidelines and care management plans to assess benefits and member needs.
• Use holistic approaches to address health status and needs and escalate barriers as needed.
• Perform medical necessity reviews and coordinate care across disciplines.
