Typically full-time, days, exempt/salaried. Experience requirements include at least 2 years of nursing and preferred ACMA certification and BSN.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Certification in Case Management (ACMA) preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient-centered care as an RN Case Manager.
