Job summary

CVS Health's Aetna One Advocacy (A1A) is seeking an RN Case Manager to start with an in-office cohort in High Point, NC, beginning November 9, 2026. The initial in-office training lasts about four months and requires living within a 45‑minute commute.

After training, you’ll transition to work-from-home with scheduled in-office days. Normal hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST; occasional later shifts on a team rotation may occur, and weekends are not required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with unrestricted license in state of residence (prefer multi-state/compact privileges).
• 3+ years of clinical practice as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate case management activities for members.
• Evaluate medical needs and facilitate access to Aetna programs and plans.
• Perform holistic assessments and coordinate referrals to clinical resources.
