Job summary

CVS Health is hiring an RN Case Manager for the Aetna One Advocacy program based in High Point, NC. Initial in-office training lasts about 4 months, with a start date around November 9, 2026. After training, the role shifts to work-from-home with occasional in-office days scheduled in advance.

The position requires an RN license, 3+ years of clinical practice, and willingness to obtain licenses nationwide. Typical hours are 8am–4:30pm EST, with occasional later shifts by team rotation.

Qualifications

• RN with an unrestricted license and multi-state/compact privileges preferred.
• Must obtain licenses in all non-compact states after hire.
• 3+ years of clinical practice as an RN required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and coordinate all case management activities for members.
• Evaluate medical needs and facilitate wellness through appropriate program referrals.
• Use clinical judgment to reduce risk factors and address barriers to care.
• Review prior claims and assess work capacity and functional limitations.
• Engage members via interview skills to determine health status and needs.
