You will evaluate medical necessity, determine level of care, and monitor patient status in a collaborative team setting. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Nursing (Master's preferred) and 3 years of hospital-based RN case management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or healthcare related field preferred.
