Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Nurse (RN) - Case Manager to oversee utilization management, assess patient status, and coordinate care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Candidates need a Bachelor's in Nursing (Master's preferred) and at least 3 years of hospital-based case management experience; WI RN license required. Flexible schedules and strong governance support professional growth.

• 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience. Required

Job description

Hours are as needed, Monday - Friday during business hours; you will work 4, 8 or 10-hour shifts as needed to fill gaps in staffing. Hours can also include weekends but not required. This position is remote.

Qualifications

Work Experience

• 3 years Three (3) years of relevant clinical nursing experience. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Upon Hire Required
