Job summary

Prestige Staffing seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care management team serving the Austin metro area. This role emphasizes care coordination for clients with complex medical and social needs, supporting home- and community-based services with autonomy and meaningful client interactions.

The RN will conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate with providers, document progress, and travel within the Austin area for in-person visits, while primarily working remotely.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or eligibility via reciprocity.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Residency within the Austin metro area (as far south as San Marcos).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and community resources.
• Advocate for clients and support caregivers.
