Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/Software Eng or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technical roles.
• Strong Python proficiency with production or near-production code.
• Demonstrated experience with LLM prompting in professional or substantial projects.
• Experience building integrations with databases and RESTful APIs, including async patterns and error handling.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with ability to break down complex problems and iterate toward solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced prompts for conversation planning layer using prompting techniques.
• Engineer conversation logic and patient interactions balancing clinical accuracy, safety, and patient experience.
• Design and build integrations connecting conversational agents to EHRs, scheduling systems, and telephony platforms.
• Collaborate with clinicians, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into conversation designs and iterate based on user feedback.
• Conduct experiments and analysis on model outputs, prompts, and strategies to measure impact on safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain and improve conversation codebase with version control, testing, and safe production rollout.
